General Meeting 2022
Held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022
La Longeraie, Morges

Summary Report
a)  Reports of the committee, the treasury and auditing were accepted.
b)  The financial situation continues to be sound.
c)  Membership fee accepted to be the ordinary fee for 2022/23.
d)  The budget anticipates to be balanced and this was accepted.  
e)  The four committee members agreed to stay for another year.
f)  Membership has decreased by one. ICL has twelve nationalities.
g) A questionnaire was handed out to learn about member satisfaction and activity interests.

The next meeting is planned to be held in May 2023

General Meeting 2021

Summary Report
a)  Reports of the committee, the treasury, auditing were accepted.
b)  The financial situation continues to be sound.
c)  The proposed membership fee reduction for 2021/22 is accepted.
d)  A deficit of 400 francs is budgeted and this was accepted.  
e)  The future of ICL was discussed.
f)  The four committee members agreed to stay on for another year.
g)  Membership has decreased by one. ICL has twelve nationalities.

The next meeting is planned to be held in May 2022

Summary Report
a)  The reports of the committee, the treasury, budget and auditing were accepted.
b)  The financial situation continues to be sound.
c)  A breakeven situation is budgeted for next year.  
d)  Membership fee was accepted to remain the same.
e)  The future of ICL was discussed. Merger with another Lausanne placed club remains an option.
f)   Proposed constitution changes were accepted.
g)  The actual committee has two elected officers, and two advisory members.
h)  Membership has decreased by two. ICL has eleven nationalities.

General Meeting 2019
Held on Tuesday May 7, 2019

Summary Report
a)  The reports on the years' activities, the treasury, budget and auditing were accepted.
b)  The financial situation continues to be sound.
c)  A small financial loss is budgeted for next year.  
d)  Membership fee, on a proposal from the assembly, will be increased by five francs.
e)  The future of ICL was discussed. Merger with another Lausanne placed club is an option.
f)   A new treasurer was elected. Three committee members will run the club next year.
g)  Some members volunteered to assist the committee.
h)  Membership has decreased by two. ICL has 11 nationalities.
i)  ICL will host the FASC AGM end of May 2019.

b)  All committee members volunteered to continue to work in their function another year.
d)  The financial situation continues to be sound.
e)  A small financial loss is budgeted for next year.
f)   Membership has decreased. ICL has 14 nationalities, unchanged from previous year.
g)  Members were encouraged to join the committee
